How much is the shipping fee?
Domestic Shipping (USA) - The domestic shipping will be sent out via USPS First Class or UPS Ground and is calculated at the time of check-out. Most Awesome Hank orders have a standard shipping rate of $3.50 based on the weight of the package.
International Shipping - Prices for international shipping can vary based on product, and the shipping location. We offer international shipping with USPS, UPS, and DHL. Please see the shipping prices in the check-out cart when completing your purchase.
If you are in need of special delivery instructions, faster shipping time frames or special request, please reach out to us via email (info@awesomehank.com) before placing your order.
Do you have free shipping?
We regularly offer free shipping promo codes, check out our announcements within our homepage or our social media outlets.
When will my order arrive?
There is no definite and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. The delivery time-frame will be based on the products ordered. Many of our products are "made-to-order" and we ask that you allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fulfill your order (but they are usually fulfilled sooner). Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out it can take approximately 1 week for you to receive your product - domestic, and up to 2 - 3 weeks for international shipping.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
If your order has not been fulfilled and / or shipped, we may be able to cancel your order, please reach out to use via email. We ask that you are 110% sure about purchasing the product before proceeding to checkout as certain items may be fulfilled immediately after your order is placed.

Do you offer Warranty on Awesome Hank products?
We extend a 30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Awesome Hank products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials or construction (unless otherwise stated as a blemished product). Any product determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion (most Awesome Hank products are handmade and / or hand finished, minor imperfections may exist). The guarantee becomes void if the product has been abused, is no longer in the original state of arrival. or the cause of the defect is due to normal wear and tear use. If you have any issues with your gear, contact us and we will work with you to take care of your situation.
