Gilber321 is his nickname in poker tournaments online. From early teenage years he was involved in playing poker with his brother who was 15 at the time. They started playing within friends from $10 to $20 buy in. Harrison won his biggest cash prize of $57,377.50 in PokerStars weekly tournament for coming second and his buy in was $1000. He said he was never an online cash player and has always been in love with the live tournaments. He says his poker idols are Dario Minieri and Phil Ivey and his favorite game is NLHE MTTS. He goes down to his local chinese restaurant every week as he loves chinese food.

Exercising Tips On A Trampolines

Exercises and fitness regimes are in most people’s daily life programs to stay healthy. Exercising can be achieved in many ways. Many people go running, or go to the gym, or have a swim or two to stay healthy and some like to use trampolines. Sports activities can also be taken as an exercise. Bike riding is another form of exercise that most people tend to do during the summer time.

Trampolines are an enjoyable equipment. Some use it for fun activities and some for fitness programs. Trampolines come in different shapes and sizes so you will be able to choose the right size for yourself. There are sizes from 8ft trampolines to 10ft trampolines and if you want something bigger than this for your garden then some trampolines go up to 16ft.

Regarding the exercises here is what you can do in a trampoline.

General bouncing – This exercise is not easy as it sounds. For normal bouncing in a trampoline you will need strength to balance your body so that you don’t feel awkwardly. Continuous bouncing will help you sweat and burn calories. This really should be the first thing you should try before any other exercises.

Walking – This is a good warm up or a cool down exercise. Before starting any heavy exercise you can use this technique to get stretch your body muscles.

Jog – Slow job is another way to increase your heart rate. It can also be used as a warm up exercise.

Jump – This is one of the hardest exercise. Jumping is not as easy as you think. You will need to have your hands over your head, spread your feet apart and then bounce. This is not a regular jumping. This exercise is also good for your joints.

Heel toes jumping – Another jumping yes I know but this one is different. In this exercise you put your feet close together. When you jump bring your left foot forward touching your heel to the surface, then raise your left arm up in front of you when your heel touches the surface. Repeat the same process for your right foot and right arm. You will need to do 3 sets for this exercise for both sides. One set will contain 8 to 10 reps.
