One disadvantage with having traditional Christmas trees in your house is that it can be quite messy. You have to deal with several things like the water to keep it fresh. You need to change it several times each week to make sure it doesn’t die out. Moreover, they always shed needles. If you have a carpet, this can be especially troublesome. The needles can get stuck into the carpet and it will be a pain to take out. There is also the tree sap that you have to deal with. It can stain and it is sticky and can get into the floor and carpet.
