Recently Tesco direct have said that the sales of their trampolines has risen from 20% to 60% from last year. What is the reason behind this then? It has been said that more celebrities are buying trampolines for themselves and their children for fitness and fun activities.
Tesco direct have said that their trampolines sales have gone up by 300% for their 10ft trampolines and 12ft trampolines. What has changed this year from last year? Is it because Trampolines have been marketed heavily on the Internet and Social Media sites such as Digg, Stumble Upon and Reddit? Is it because people think trampolines can bring family close together by having fun activities on the trampoline in their own garden. Not sure if anyone will be able to give the right answer to this question.
As Olympics Games are nearly here more and more athletes are buying trampolines to increase their balance, strength and endurance. It’s true that trampolines can be used for trimming your body and also increases your endurance. Mini trampolines such as rebounders are very handy for fitness freaks as they can carry it anywhere with them. It is light and can be easily folded and pack away if you are travelling abroad, you don’t have to worry about loosing your fitness regime. Because of it’s tiny size you can use it in hotel rooms. You can use it inside the house while watching TV, it seriously is a great fitness equipment. It can be easily put away after use. If you have a loft at your house then this might be a place where you can put it away, I wouldn’t advice you to use the rebounder in the loft as most of the houses in UK are made of wood and this can dismantle the ceilings.
Celebrities are always looking to find out how to stay healthy and fit and now they want to give trampolines a go, who knows this might be the last piece of fitness equipment they buy in their long career.
